As you know, every individual has a leadership "Lid" or "Ceiling" that determines their effectiveness and ultimately their success. There is a lid on every team, business, and organization, and the success of it is 100% dependent on the person who is leading. If you have a leadership "Lid" that is a 4 or 5 out of 10, then your effectiveness as a business owner, team leader, employee, or employer cannot exceed a four or five (average). That is the highest possible outcome you can have. If there is a problem with a team of people you are managing or leading, or if you are struggling in your business, then it comes down to you: YOU are the problem.
